My first day at Droga5, I walked into a room covered with paper from a working manuscript for all of the 350 pages from Jay-Z’s autobiography.Over the next six weeks, I concepted the idea, location, and manufacture of over 200 pieces of creative. In addition to the production from ideation through final documentation, I negotiated media placements, PR, and celebrity relationships, as well as designed a custom work-flow between the real-world to online interactions for the biggest book launch of all time in 11 cities worldwide over four weeks. 	“Drawings for My Grandchildren”
One weekend, I saw my friend Ji Lee post a video telling the story of how he inspired his dad to take up painting. Suddenly, the video had over 250,000 views and Grandpa Chan became an internet sensation. &#38;nbsp;Monday morning, I told Ji that I wanted one of the T-Rex pictures, and the online gallery was born. &#38;nbsp;Together, Ji and I built a business for his dad that enabled Grandpa Chan to sell his art around the world. We built an online gallery and e-commerce platform, marketing campaign, and distribution system. After two years in operation, Grandpa Chan’s has brought joy to thousands of people and his work has been seen in museum spaces globally.

Seven Bucks Creative was founded by Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Chet Gulland to market the man, the movies, as well as all of his partnerships. As an Executive Producer and contributor, I facilated the production of media around his best selling “Project Rock” collection with Under Armour. Using Dwayne’s social media audience of over 125mm as a sales channel and branding tool, we worked to enhance Dwayne’s authentic connection to his fans while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with the content. Consulting on multiple other entertainment projects in development, each one positioned to disrupt the traditional marketing format through the lens of a larger than life personality known worldwide. </description>

Guiding a director’s vision and bringing that to the screen is an art within itself. &#38;nbsp;When that partnership is one of mutual creativity and collaboration, the project that’s made has a richer being.&#38;nbsp; As the producer on, “It’s Snowing Outside”, the film asks if one can free themselves from their fate with love. &#38;nbsp;A story of artists, it’s a search by a young woman of colour to define herself against the mirror of the men in her life. &#38;nbsp;Written and Directed by Rayne Roberts, we worked together over a year from story to script, planning to execution, on all aspects of the film. &#38;nbsp;Produced by Digital Caviar in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida, the film was shot by an incredible cinematographer, Caleb Heyman, alongside a dedicated team that believed in this unique voice being heard. “Mass Mutual : The Unsung”

Across the political spectrum, we can all agree there’s a friction in our culture today. Standing on MassMutual’s platform of “Live Mutual”, the brand wanted to create a clear message that in today’s divisive environment, there are people all over the country who look to come together for one another.I started with a rough idea as a part of the team at Johannes Leonardo to unite multiple moments of mutuality through song. Researching these true stories, I casted all of the real talent in the film, lead the team to select the music and then negotiate the track, as well as managing all aspects of the six-city production directed by Austin Peters of Radical Media. What started out as a film to run at the end of 2017 evolved into a large brand campaign with social assets, photography, four :30s and three :15s commercials for broadcast, in addition to a two-minute film that aired with Superbowl 2018</description>

For the launch of Airbnb’s new vertical “Experiences”, as a part of Facebook’s Creative Shop, I created a unique first-person global campaign. Using Facebook LIVE, we took audiences to six international cities, on five continents, over 24 hours to connect with other travelers through Airbnb. Viewers could see what it was like to make a performance art project in Paris or go to an underground dance battle in Seoul. As the action unfolded live, audiences were further immersed in the experience by having their comments from the Facebook platform appear in the story on-screen, as it was being told.

Managing a team of over twenty people, and the client relationship, I shaped the stories and scripts, established a communications process, as well as coordinated all elements of the production. Directed by Austin Peters alongside Radical Media, we had over 6million participants join us for this mobile video adventure.

As a part of Google’s journey and commitment for diversity and inclusion industry-wide, my work advocated for greater understanding. By using Machine Learning, my team studied advertiser content on YouTube, and fostered qualitative research partnerships to evaluate our learnings. Facilitating cross-organization partnership with multiple divisions including AI Ethics, marketing, Research Machine Intelligence, HR as well as PR, documentation and communication was crucial in aligning diverse perspectives within the company.&#38;nbsp; The results of our work created a strategic roadmap for programming of DEI content across 2020. Simultaneously, I lead internal team operations including building process, cost center management and forecasting, resourcing, in addition to running executive level meetings.

	“Drawing Practice”
I remember having my first sketchbook at four. &#38;nbsp;For hours, I would spend my time in my imagination, with animals, or creating a make-believe world. &#38;nbsp;Drawing was always a part of my life. In high school I became a serious art student. &#38;nbsp;Somewhere along the way as my interests went into photography and film, then my professional life became priority. I fell out of it. &#38;nbsp;In searching for a new meditative practice, I returned to the basis and fundamentals of visual expression, drawing. Starting first by taking a class at one of my favourite places, The Metropolitan Museum. &#38;nbsp;From there, I challenged myself to an independent study every week, until I proved my commitment to the practice. It lead to classes at SVA, where I am today, spending two nights a week engaged in opening my creative brain and freeing my hands to capture what I’m seeing. &#38;nbsp;Drawing has become a place of pleasure, of dedication, and has changed how I see the world when I’m off the page, outside of the classroom. I’ve been posting the collection here, and looking forward to continuing to evolve this passion.

“Facebook's Global Business Marketing”Leading a cross-functional team within Facebook Global Business Marketing, I focused on the mission of communicating the value of Facebook’s family of apps and services for a business focused audience. Working mainly on tier-one Global Events, my first tentpole was the Cannes International Advertising Festival. There were multiple deliverables, stories to tell in digital and physical forms, all in coordination with many business units. Working along CCO Mark D’Arcy and Facebook’s Head of Africa, Nunu Ntshingila, I produced the content for their presentation, and helped bring their ideas to life in partnership with the Public Relations team for the festival's Main Stage. This lead to working alongside Sheryl Sandberg’s team for her session at Adweek, contributing to Facebook’s presence at Dmexco, as well as the development on two global campaigns for Facebook’s measurement and creativity tools.
