“It’s Snowing Outside”
Guiding a director’s vision and bringing that to the screen is an art within itself. When that partnership is one of mutual creativity and collaboration, the project that’s made has a richer being. As the producer on, “It’s Snowing Outside”, the film asks if one can free themselves from their fate with love. A story of artists, it’s a search by a young woman of colour to define herself against the mirror of the men in her life. Written and Directed by Rayne Roberts, we worked together over a year from story to script, planning to execution, on all aspects of the film. Produced by Digital Caviar in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida, the film was shot by an incredible cinematographer, Caleb Heyman, alongside a dedicated team that believed in this unique voice being heard.
