Think with Google - Diversity and Inclusion Report : Gender in Advertising

As a part of Google’s journey and commitment for diversity and inclusion industry-wide, my work advocated for greater understanding. By using Machine Learning, my team studied advertiser content on YouTube, and fostered qualitative research partnerships to evaluate our learnings. Facilitating cross-organization partnership with multiple divisions including AI Ethics, marketing, Research Machine Intelligence, HR as well as PR, documentation and communication was crucial in aligning diverse perspectives within the company.  The results of our work created a strategic roadmap for programming of DEI content across 2020. Simultaneously, I lead internal team operations including building process, cost center management and forecasting, resourcing, in addition to running executive level meetings.
